Microsoft is building a marketplace for Sharepoint 2010 (not released yet). Users can buy 'webparts' (an online version of Sharepoint) for the not-yet-released Sharepoint 2010. The marketplace gets a place in the gallery of Sharepoint 2010, where version 2007 had only got templates.
